3 Fibers
             It's also the most complex carbohydrate, So it's not too easily break down fibres. so, our blood sugar level stable and it's a low level of cholesterol. So, You are eating more fibre type carbohydrates. Experts also recommend that type carbohydrates take adults to consume 25 to 30 grams of fibre every day it's good.

     Most of it comes from plants, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, seeds,  corn, lima beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, squash, whole grains and edible skins kind of fruits.

    It feeds our brain, kidneys, heart muscles, and central nervous system. It prevents headache, weakness, fatigue, vitamin and mineral deficiency.

      A diet gives our body the nutrients, minerals, protein, vitamins and carbohydrates it needs to function correctly.

If you change your habit of eating your diabetes disappears so, you should change your food type by reducing your carbs and maintaining good protein in your food.

         You take complex carbohydrates like fibre food it's good for your health. It's not easy to break down carbs so, it's stable your healthy blood sugar.
