Simple tips for food process to improving health.

Be a foodie.

Foodie one who loves to eat foods. ok let's start a serious conversation about food. starting from birth till the end each and every living being needs it even from unicellular to multicellular. But there are different types of food consumed by each organism.

There are two types they are autotrophs and heterotrophs.
What are autotrophs they don't depend on others for food. They prepare their own such as plants who take food themselves by a process called photosynthesis.
What are heterotrophs they depend on others for food like human beings.
What is the purpose of food why does every organism need this. yeah, that's an interesting one as each can be separated as autotrophs heterotrophs and hence more. but the final thing is a requirement of energy. yeah it's just energy is all needed.
 why does the body need energy according to newton "energy cannot be produced nor destroyed " its not for engines alone it's for human beings too and all living organisms? Till there are so many things to discuss foods. but now let's get into the food chain or food web. yeah based on dependence they are arranged in three types at the bottom there will be the most abundant living things such as plants, insects and finally, there will be an animal which is the most dominant of all. such as lions, tigers, humans. but above them, some scavengers eat all the dead things which help in the cleansing process.

Ok now let's begin with one dominant species that are humans. one of the dominant species in the solar system yet. But they too need food. the only animal with big belly than any other animal. Yeah homosapiens are the animals that don't know when to stop eating or when their hunger gets over. now we have to know how to eat what to eat? for everyone, there is a need for food. some get plenty some are empty. Somewhere the food is wasted somewhere the hunger people are fasted due to their poverty. But food is essential for the rich and poor because everyone has a 4-inch organ stomach. Now we can go into nutrients what are nutrients carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water. yeah water is also an essential nutrient. the required amount of nutrients should be given to human beings. we get every nutrient from the world or nature one is greater than nature but all are dependent on nature. always everyone has to go in the flow of nature. How does nature select your food in past and present at starting evolution every animal and humans lived together throughout their life in nature. they started eating the flesh of animals. After the invention started "fire "was introduced to human beings. Then humans started to eat cooked foods. till now this is the only way to cook foods using fire. but the utensils methodology has been changed.

Okay now, most historical things happening. now we can go scientifically food what are foods that are edible with different inbuilt structures like amino acids, glucose, salts like these. Amino acids are nothing but proteins, glucose is carbohydrates, fats. Now you can't miss out on the water you can replace your carbohydrate with protein or fats. but never water can be replaced. Protiens are building parts of muscles. carbohydrate helps in giving essential power to these muscle organs. what is a balanced diet taking the required amount of all the essential nutrients into human begin as same as humans, animals too have the same .but plants alone requires other three important nutrients like nitrogen potassium phosphorous NPK. But they provide us carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, proteins, and hence more. But based on their building block their characters change like protein-rich food,sugar-rich food like that. When we take this food our body also changes according to our building blocks if you build with carbohydrates it's just fatty. if you build with proteins only you have muscles but no energy. But we need both in addition to that we need vitamins minerals. they are mostly a catalyst with them many processes occur in a good way in the absence of them, there is a process that may happen or may not happen.

For example, If a bone needs to grow or get stronger it needs calcium it's a mineral but now mineral alone does not enough now we need another nutrient that is vitamin D.Like that there are many each and every nutrient cant work alone they need their combination. so always don't take same types of foodie same varieties to try different items such as changing your routine from normal food to good food that mixture of all foods.


The digestive system has three important work that is ingestion digestion and most important one excretion. In these three we take care of two things that is ingestion and digestion but most of them don't take care of excretion. which one should be taken care higher the Both the three things. Most people concentrate only on ingestion and digestion. No one takes care of Excretion. so if your toilet little bit not cleaned. you will not leave it as such you will try to keep your toilet as clean as possible as the same way,  you keep your intestines clean. How can you say your intestine is clean or not. That's the easiest way to keep clean is by taking a good amount of water regularly which helps to absorb all the nutrients from food and makes excretion easier. How does excretion keep you healthy? First the intestine gets cleaned and then it makes other organs to bring the waste into your intestine which cleanses all your organs too. It's so simple to follow. Hence keep your intestine as clean as possible which helps the rest of your all organs to be healthy. So there are so many ways to keep your body healthy but a small change can bring more difference so be the change that the world wants to see.
